Tai Chi Classes
Tai chi is a system of slow integrated movement originating in the Chinese martial arts. Movements are performed in slow repetition with the aim of synchronising the whole of the body and mind. It leads to greater relaxation, increased vitality and is suitable for any age and most conditions.
Tony teaches Lee family style Tai Chi with the Taoist Arts Organisation.
Classes are on
Mondays 6.00pm – 7.15pm at the Croydon Buddhist Centre.
Please arrive a little before 6, a book of 6 tickets can be purchased at reception. Classes are suitable for beginners.
